Hello, I am looking for a program that will check links on my website to see what links have exchanged with me and what ones have not. I have added links to my website and now it is time to find out who has linked back to me. Any suggestions would be great! Also if anyone has an easier way to maintain links I would love to hear about it. Thanks.

Try this script hitbot alert, not only will it tellyou who is linking to you, but it will tell you who is sending you foreign and proxy traffic, and what ratios.
