Logitech Wireless Rechargable mouse

This fucking thing has been charging for afew hours and its giving me a LOW battery red flashy thing. Do these rechargeable batteries need replacing after afew months also?

NiCAD and NiMH batteries can go bad
Litium ion batteries should last quite a while

let it run completely out, then charge it full

I have the regular version. Eats batteries like mad. At least 2 new ones every 2 weeks.
