Screen capture for movies?
 

I seen a post below asking the same question but no answeres.

I need some way to capture a screen shot of a movie to link the movie to rather than a text link.

What program would you suggest?

Well I have a thumbnailing script that uses ImageMagick combined with decodempeg2...

But that's probably beyond some of the people in here ;)
