Verotel 500 server error anyone?
 
Hey guys, Verotel is driving me insaine
Is anyone else getting a 500 server error when you try to manual add a pass or change a members password?:BangBang:

Please try to manual add a user:pass through your admin and see if it works?

I should of known better to come here asking for help this board is to busy talking shit and spamming to help someone out!

but just for the record
the reason i did come here is, i can't get any sense out of verotel support staff and was wondering if this problem was affecting others or just me.

At what point do you get the 500 error when manually adding a user? I notice they now require you to submit FULL info, which is annoying if you just want to give someone a quick u/p to look around... how the hell should I know (or care about) their address and phone number? :1orglaugh

i'm getting the error when i test remote user managment in my setup section, when adding a test user no extra info is required to add a test, i also can't change my members passwords. verotel have no clue whats wrong

Sounds like the perl script on your server isn't working. Have you tried the script on your server to make sure it's working ok?

I always wonder why people asks a newsgroup or bulletin board before asking the company or person they are having trouble with. Why use a middle man, when you can get your answer straight from the source.

CCBILL is working fine my host says everyting is fine
and i have made many phone calls to verotel and emails in the last 24 hrs trying to get help, but VEROTEL HAVE NO CLUE
WHAT THE PROBLEM IS! all i'm asking is for someone to test their site so i can rule verotel out as the problem thanks
