Well that was a long fucking night..
 

There was the mother of all windstorms last night.. I've never seen a windstorm like that before.. with some sleet mixed in now and again.. Power went out at 4 pm and didn't come back on until early early morning.. Fortunately the kids passed out early and whatnot, but man the house was COOOOOOOOOOOOOLD. That wind just sucked what warmth there was out. And of course, no furnace to warm it. The house was 2 degrees celsius this morning when we woke up, cranked the heat and.. guess what, the furnace wouldn't come on. I had to go into that fucking totally creepy room downstairs and reset the fucking thing. THere were spiders down there bigger than my hand. Normally I don't have a problem with spiders, but when they're unknown species, there's thousands of them, and they randomly land on you, it can get a little strange.

Anyways, we're back, the house is warm all is good.

Holy, that sucks. Good to hear all is well again tho.

I know how bad it is when I wake and my house is a bit cold never mind 2 Degrees!!!

My kids were shivering when they ran to the bathroom this morning.. I had them bundled up in jackets and blankets in front of the electric heater when I went to furn the furnace on. hehe

My power was knocked out for 6 hours last night at 723pm was like DAYMN had flash backs of the hurricane

Yep, and if I never have to go into that room again, it will be too soon.

My power went out all day yesterday... wind kept knocking trees down. It was really bad all night :(
