Well I signed up at www.epassporte.com to receive payments from the sponsor flashcash.

Flashcash has ALLWAYS been very honest and always paid in time and in full.

Well, they sent my payment to my epassporte account, Thats when the shit hit the fan.

epassporte sent me a "virtual visa" number for use on the internet.

After trying 5 different sites and seeing "DENIED" (I had MORE then enough funds to cover the things I tried to purchase.)

I called them to see what was up.

They told me that some places dont accept THEIR visa's

I asked what places do, and they could only name 1. (paycom systems)

My reply was "So I can only buy porn with my visa"
Their reply "Yes, thats right sir"

This has pissed me off to no end, so I sent them a email that was a little nasty.

Well guess what?, I no longer have an account with them and no money either.

Seems they closed my account and I have lost my money.

My suggestion to everyone, is stay clear from epassporte.

There are a lot of places that you can use the Virtual Visa to purchase online -- including airlines, bookstores, web hosting companies and lots of other things -- and I'd like the name of the person in customer service who told you that. If you'd be so kind as to email it to me -- [email protected] -- I'll find out why you got that impression.

I also find it amazing that your first post was for this.

I need to find fast some "fax store" to send my documents to epassporte.

Or just put your card on the Verified by Visa program if your bank handles it, that will take care of things the quickest if it's a personal account.

I have the same problem.
They delete my log in etc. I tried to contact them and they just keep forwarding my call from one to another.
And long distance costs me more than 200 bux
suck dunky balls.

I can understand his frustrations, sometimes support here provide information which is not a true reflection and I end up having to pick up the pieces.

E Passporte stand to gain from this experience as sexxxsites has published it on the board and now they will be able to prevent such statements given to future customers.

More to the point is that EP have picked this up and obviously addressed it very quickly again to me that shows a good service level is being offered by this company.

I have been able to use Epassporte most places I´ve tried.
I bought software, from Amazon.co.uk and other places without problems.
Never had any problems using the card withdrawing cash from the ATM.

The only places I haven´t been able to use my virtual card is with CCBill and Ibill

So far I am very pleased with epassporte and the only time I needed support I called them and the problem was resolved quickly.

I want Nochex to support E Passporte :-)

Flash Cash has an entire forum in the webmaster area dedicated to issues with the Epassporte card. Problems seem to get solved pretty quickly through there.

Its a new system so not all merchants accept the card yet. I just use it as an ATM card and withdrawl cash as needed. No hassels with merchants that way.

Sounds like its a good thing that I didn't get them setup on my content site, because if I was not able to withdraw the money to pay the producers I broker for then whats the use...I am not going to send $4000 in sales to epassporte and then find out I gotta spend it on the web only and not withdraw it to pay producers with, how lame:(

Well, here I go again with the bullshit detector.

Let's clear up a couple things yet another time and then we'll all have a great weekend...

ePassporte is a quick and easy way to be paid, to collect money, to make payments, or to purchase things online. HIGH RISK transactions like porn, gaming, etc are NOT automatically approved on the eP Virtual Visa -- because WE do not approve them without prior setup for those things. You want to buy porn from CCBill with that Virtual Visa, then you need to tell CCBill to get with me on it.

If you want to buy airline tickets, books, web hosting, lingerie from Victoria's Secret, ice cream from France that's shipped to Arizona, you CAN do all these things right now, today, with no more effort than you do with another card in your wallet.

If you want to get an Electron card and take your money out at the ATM on your own schedule (this will be in part limited to what the ATM system will allow) then you can do this too.

If you want to have your funds wired to another bank account you own, then you can do that.

If you want to send money to someone else with an eP account to pay a bill, pay off a bet, whatever, you can do that.

We issue thousands of accounts daily -- and I mean thousands -- so no, everything does not always go perfectly with every single issue that an account might have.

But if you're going to come here and bitch about problems, and I'm not naming names, then the least you can do is email me your account name and the detailed nature of the problem at the same time.

Otherwise I'm simply not going to have any sympathy for you since I'll consider it obvious that you aren't really looking for help.

You guys know how to find me, it's not like I'm new here. If you need help and don't ask, then I guess you didn't really want help.

Oh, and last but not least.

Paypal and ePassporte are NOT interchangeable. They do not accept our bins for loading and we do not accept their Mastercards for loading.

This will NOT change.

I'm sure this might clear up something for at least one person.

Been there, done that, 2 months now no email answered, not going to waste my time, nothing against you personally Kim but I will stick with stormpay and epaycomm for now as well as my 2 merchant accounts with authorize.net and right connection.

Sounds like soem shit paypal would pull, piss em off with your opinion and they shut your account down and pocket your money...not good for business thats for sure.

It takes one good post to get 10 new customers and takes one bad post such as this to lose 100 customers:(

I hate paypal(a support nightmare) and was weary to use Epassporte and this thread so far is not helping.

I am very happy with Stormpay Excellent people they have there for support.

But since some programs pay with Epassporte and not with Stormpay I was considering to get an account there too. Now I am thinking to stick to the cheques with those sponsors.

The account is not terminated and never was.

Someone else emailed me with a suspension issue totally unrelated to this and it turns out the bank they use is dragging their feet in verifying their info they sent to us -- not something we can cure obviously.

We WANT you guys using the product, we WANT you to have confidence in it.

That's what my email is for when you don't feel like you are getting the help you need from the regular channels. :)

Kimmykim, I DID ask for help before posting here.

As I said in the emails I sent you, I sent 2 emails to [email protected] that have still went unanswered, and then not being able to login to my account using the login/password you guys sent made me assume I no longer have an account or it had been frozen.

I don't belive posting here was out of place, but I do think my topic should have been different, and for that I do apologize.

I did try to edit my posts subject but it had been longer than 5 minutes, so it was not allowed.

Maybe I missed something, But I did not see any place to transfer the funds to a bank account.

For all that are intrested, I THINK my login has been fixed, but because I tried to login to the account 3 times last night and got invalid login/password, I have been blocked from their system for 24 hours.

Brad, I'm not faulting you for posting here, that I wouldn't do. If you've got issues and you need help, then whatever means you need to get help, obviously you have to take.

The account was never suspended, so I am not sure why you couldn't log in -- I know my personal account had a password issue once and I also locked myself out on a weekend.

We don't hold people's money hostage, I want to make that clear. There are certain rules and regulations we are required to follow by Visa, since we are a Visa issuer just as any bank is, and we are bound to their terms.

I don't always like them but it's what keeps us stable and in business when others fail.

Is epassporte bad?

I am not sure how to answer that, I can tell you that even after this I trust epassporte more than paypal.

I stopped using paypal a year ago after seeing THIS

I know 3 people who have had their paypal frozen and their money held for 180 days.

I am now able to login again at epassporte.com and the money IS still there.

Also, I just used the virtual visa at worldpay sucessfully.

epassporte is the king

#1 reason is they cant take or hold money from you like paypal.

#2 i dont know what your talking about your card not being accepted, i have used mine for everything from stereos, computers domains, hosting, traffic,. I have never once been turned down buying ANYTHING EVER.

#3 nobody trusts paypal because they are run by a band of thieves, and as soon as you get a significant amount of money in your account they will "hold" it and not give it back

#4 i can / and do use my epassporte card all across the world at atm machines.

Get with the flow and stop using paypal, they dont pay and they def aint your pals.

The last few days they have been having errors and it says invalid password for everyone so your not alone and your account hasnt been locked. It was just a glitch im told. And a s far as support staff cs@epassporte always contacts me very quickly. As far as transferring money to your bank , dont bother thats where the problems start get a card and go to your local atm and hit CASH

In addition epassporte support is always QUICK, POLITE, and on top of everything. I had a problem once with a purchase i made and the company refused to give me a refund,i contacted epassporte and suprise suprise a day later i get an email from the company that i had a problem with and i got this reply " were so sorry we just recieved a call from your credit card company and we wish to rectify the situation etc etc. " the email before that said " well then sue us "

p.s. if you want domains or hosting with your epassporte account go to 10-domains.com

And b.t.w. epassporte to epassporte transfers take minutes and only cost you 25 cents and from there its only another 2 minutes and you can go in any atm across america and take the cash out. that simple.

Ontop of everything else if i havent pushed epassporte enough already , they let you get an electron card with any name you want on it, you could have your say HOMER SIMPSON if you want.

I called my Bank and they don't even know what "Verified by Visa" is. I sent an e-mail to Visa Brazil and they redirected it to my bank, that replied saying that I have a 4 digit password for "international shopping over the internet" and that when I buy at these places it will show the screen "Verified by Visa".

I tried to put my credit card number at this URL but it says my card or my bank doesn't work with the "Verified by Visa" system: https://usa.visa.com/personal/secure...d_by_visa.html

Rand said that the only way to use "Verified by Visa" to verify with ePassporte is while on the joining process, and if the Verified by Visa option didn't appear for me I can't use it (because my card doesn't have it).

I joined ePassporte a bit less than 1 month ago. If I fax my documents can ePassporte just ACTIVE my account or epassporte deletes the accounts after the 7 days?

And when i see a GREAT company with a GREAT service that blows the competition straight out of the water, i like to make sure everyone knows about it.
