they say my domain is invalid whois info..
 

what can i do? they keep saying my domain is invalid whois info. i got a real po box. real cell phone number, but they are alwyase calling at 8 - 12 am in the morning. no way i wake up that early. they said they tried 3 times and will only try once more.. can they kill my domain just becuase they can't get ahold of me at that phone number? the number is 100% valid, they just call to damn early. so what am i supposed to do?

I think Fletchxxx had a guy trying to get a domian from him like that once.

Most days I'm not out of bed until at least 2 in the afternoon. Yeah, 8 - 12 is early. Waaaaaaayyyyyyy too early.

They can and will delete your domain if they can't reach you.

You need to call your registrar and let them know that your information is valid or they will probably shut your site off and then delete your domain.

Don't wait for them to contact you. Contact them.

tucows i think is the main registrar.. was thru www.000domains.com i already talked to them and re newed my domain. but the main registrar won't give me their number either. they emailed me 4 times saying they called 4 times and i replied all 4 times with "what is your number i will call you from that phone number right now" .. they just replied to that with "we tried to call again no one picked up"

I would email them or hunt down their phone number. Like Fiction said they will cancel the domain if they are suspicious...

You aren't sitting there taking sales calls and someone wants to punish you for it. If they can reach you by e-mail (or regular mail) then there is valid contact info. Did they say why they were calling you? Just out of the blue to verify you have valid contact info? Doesn't sound likely.

why can't they just leave a voicemail ? registrars insisting that you be available at the number you use 24/7 is fucking stupid in my opinion, especially considering the international situation with many different timezones.

The phone number you gave them works, ergo it is 'valid'. If you have voicemail, what's the problem?
