yeah and then i could get listed after 4 months and make one fucking sale. i cant make gals work for myself man i dont understand it. i tried.

keep trying. you have to keep doing it and trying new things in order to find what works and what doesnt.

I'm looking for the perfect job. Ideally it would be a job where I don't have to do any work, make any decisions or have any responsibilities. I also need to not be required to do any kind of favors, sexual or otherwise. Of course it has to pay boat loads of money and come with a minimum of 48 weeks of vacation per year.

aaron, i dont currently use icq or looking to hire someone, but if you are in the $1.5k range i don't think you'll have problems to find a work. Just don't attempt to look desperate and state what are your skills for the ones interested.

Help away. He was being a dumbass. And honesty anyone that is even considering taking a job for $1500 a month isn't cut out to do their own thing. What can you do? Some people just don't have what it takes.

What do you mean ? I still consider my self new to the biz but im making more than 1k a month doing what I do ..... He wants to learn and im actaully talking to him now and he is asking questions and im answering. He wants to learn he just went about it the wrong way. I have a feelin he is young:)

I offered him $8.50 / hour as a starting wage. I give my current employee quarterly raises, amount depending on overall productivity. I also pay for his health insurance. (~$120 monthly)

Some quick math:

$8.50 * 40 (hours) = $340 * 4 (weeks) = $1360 + ~$120 (insurance)

Aaron, it appears to me that you don't really want to work, you want to have a "job" that pays you to sit on your ass.

Plus you get to hang out with adult webmasters aswell instead of just sitting home alone :thumbsup

That's one of the main reasons I hired an employee, it keeps ME on track. I know I have to be in at a certain time to do light supervision and its nice to have somebody to chat with instead of sitting in front of the computer alone for 12 hours day after day.
