Since Google does not partner with adult websites for AdSense, are there any other similiar and successful programs that accept adult keyword related text ads?

You can go to http://www.MarketBanker.com and signup to sell ads. Then, choose the text ads, create a zone and go from there. If you don't sell ads, they'll fill the ad space with network ads and you get paid for each click on them.
