wow, that'a an amazing view.

I couldn't find it, but the most striking one I have seen was of the Korean peninsula at night, where the South is all lit up and the North is entirely black.

It's a legit photo... it's just a composite of shots. Much like in MANY of the larger images you see of other planets and galaxies. To get that detail they have to take many close up shots then piece them together.

Is that a graphic of where the US has all of it's Norad missile centres? :)

Just goes to show that the old map makers did a pretty good job..
