I sale short ICQ sig

It's branding value for the sponsors. You want to maximize exposure as much as possible and to these companies it seems to be worth the price since its been on-going for several months now.

Id only do it with a bunch of people for a short time..

Webmaster advertising sucks..but if people see your name..they will give you a shot..

Banner clicks on webmaster sites are horrible..

popularity, reputation, # of posts per day, and the amount of attention you can draw to yourself all factor in to the worth of your sig.

If you post worthless crap, and no one pays attention, and no one really likes you... chances are you couldn't even pay some programs to be in your sig.

I never really signed up for a sponsor thru a webmaster board or something like that
if I see their banners every fucking where than Im going to signup...
like today with quickbuck... the board was fucking floaded with them so I signed up

Yes I think so. I click them and I'm sure a lot of others do also.

Doesn't mean the sponsor will get business right away, but it sets that sponsors program in your head, and the more frequently you see it the greater the likelihood you'll eventually do biz with them.

my sig sure worth what they paid for it :)
