What the hell is Cross Sale?

Cross sells have an extremely high chargeback ratio. We did it for a short time and stopped. Our processor (Netbilling) told us that merchants with the highest chargeback ratios still do free trials and cross-sells. We stopped both.

Exactly. Cross sells and free trials are two of the biggest problems in the industry.

I applaud Silvercash for taking the plunge on getting rid of cross sells.
