how to make a popup NOT show on refresh?
 

hey guys, is there a code that makes a popup not show on refreshes? I have the one that makes it not show on specific links (onClick="exit=false"),
but Im looking for "back" "forward" and "refresh" as well :thumbsup

you can do it with cookies - have the popup show every day, week, month or never again

not looking for cookies, I just want it to appear at specific places on my website, at all times (only on exit and change domain) also I dont use frames so I cant attach it to a specific frame, I use php includes)
