What do you think of iBill these days...
 

From a paysite owners perspective, NOT an affiliates perspective.

It's been mentioned to me that I should use iBill as a secondary processor. I must admit that I am a bit hesitant due to their past problems. But I also must mention that I convert/retain quite well with a particular sponsor that only uses iBill.

How do they rack up today? I haven't seen many complaints lately, are things getting better?

Use Epoch and CCbill as a backup or the other way round, but give IBill a miss at least until they prove there will be no more fuck ups!! and they pay out the 900 $$$ they owe webmasters.

i got some chump change laying around in an ibill account.. its less than 50bux so they wont send it, u think ill ever see tat money?

They are pretty tight if you ask me.

that's a strong endorsement, esp considering past incidences....

I'm thinking Epoch, iBill, and Verotel for CC processing...

Every company has their ups and downs, IBill has done well for me.
Sometimes it can depend on the clout of your rep to get your problems solved

With great companies like Netbilling, CCbill, and others out there, why would you use Ibill with all of their fuckups over the past years?
