Nice things to do to somebody who stole from you

Sold him a game according to the the description in my ad. He showed me a receipt of payment, I sent the game. Never got the money and he failed to send back the game.

So, I have his email and address, what would really piss him off? Thought of going to the cops and report a stolen product as well, just to set an example, it is driving me nuts when people think they can screw you over.

Any nice things I can do with his emailaddress?

www.specialham.com - show them a picture, and ask them to add his email to all their lists.

I think your one legal option is the small claims court. The police are not debt collectors, he did not steal it. He just hasn't paid for it yet.

Not really. He showed me a receipt, probably made that up as it never entered my bank acnt.

This is a month ago. I call that stealing.

It's called Theft by Deception in most places. Call his local Prosecutor and see what he recommends. A visit by the police might convince the guy he was mistaken. Especially if you can fax the pros. his 'receipt' and a copy of what you use. Is there a difference that you can see? It can be a felony if the money is high enough. Or if state lines are crossed in other cases.

Maybe you should thank him for teaching you a lesson, idiot.

What lesson is that? People are not to be trusted?

Call me stupid or an idiot, I'm one of the good people left, the ones who actually don't screw you when they get a chance, unlike the haters in this thread.
