MrIzzz 11-11-2003 03:24 PM

motel 8

magicmike 11-11-2003 03:24 PM

I've stayed at

Venetian
Mandalay Bay
Paris
Aladdin
New York New York

I always stay at the Venetian for the shows.

The other times I was on vacation. Mandalay is really nice, although its location on the end of the strip makes it harder to get around. - Much more walking.

HEARTBREAKER 11-11-2003 04:52 PM

Hilton!!!:thumbsup

SinisterStudios 11-11-2003 08:46 PM

Venetian:thumbsup
Without a doubt, we are going for internext and the AVN Expo and awards. Check AVN's website for a info on booking rooms at the venetian for a great price. We got a huge suite for hundreds off the normal prices by booking the rooms they had put aside for the shows.

Bellagio..
no little whiny kids around the hotel

JerseyPuma 11-12-2003 12:55 PM

Am I the only one who enjoys what downtown has to offer? $2 minimum craps bets with 100X odds followed by a 99 cent shrimp cocktail at the Golden Gate and a $2 yard long 190 octane...I just cant pass it up. Old school Vegas in all its glory.

Im flying out for the show a day early to hang with a friend who works in Vegas, got a room at the Nugget...Understandably its not everyone's cup of tea, but when I'm in Vegas I'm there to gamble and drink, and for those purposes I gotta give Fremont St. the edge.

Just read this, want to give everybody a headsup.

Take Your Hotel Room Key With You or Destroy It!

Southern California law enforcement professionals assigned to detect new
threats to personal security issues, recently discovered what type of information is hahahahahaded in the credit card type hotel room keys used throughout the industry.

Although room keys differ from hotel to hotel, a key obtained from one well-known hotel chain that was being used for a regional Identity Theft Presentation was found to contain the following the information:

a.. Customer's (your) name
b.. Customer's partial home address
c.. Hotel room number
d.. Check in date and check out date
e.. Customer's (your) credit card number and expiration date!

When you turn them in to the front desk your personal information is there for any employee to access by simply scanning the card in the hotel scanner. An employee can take a hand full of cards home and using a scanning device, access the information onto a laptop computer and go shopping at your expense.

Simply put, hotels do not erase these cards until an employee issues the card to the next hotel guest. It is usually kept in a drawer at the front desk with YOUR INFORMATION ON IT!!!!

The bottom line is, keep the cards or destroy them! NEVER leave them behind and NEVER turn them in to the front desk when you check out of a room. They will not charge you for the card.

i stayed at the Bellaggio last year, and the fuckin walk to the convention SUCKS. and if you take a cab, the cabbys get pissed when they take you to the other side of the street (no we arent lazy bastards we were drunk as fuck) so im stayin at the Venetian this year

where i live, they WILL charge you for the card keys to your room. It's only like 5 bucks a card though so it sounds like it's definitely worth it.

Ok.:stoned

Ross 11-30-2003 01:47 PM

I'd love to stay in Bellagio next time although the water show could get annoying if your room faced out to the lake.
