1) Usually around $25/hr around here.
2) You dont know, thats why you go with a place like Merry Maids or a business that can show you that they are fully licensed and insured!

I pay about $25 an hour and I got her from a referal where she has cleaned for years. I was not going to do the maid so I didn't care if she was hot. i wanted safety and a clean house.
