Earn commission on charitable donations?

Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? Earning commissions for rounding up charitable donations. While it seems like a good idea it just kinda threw me off for a minute.

christ, are charities so hard up these days they have to pay people to contribute?

It's more like paying people to round up contributors.

Seems odd, but now that I think about it more I guess these organizations do spend a decent amount on promoting their cause in the first place. Might as well just pay someone to do it for them.
