Are you staying for Internext AND AVN?
 

Is it worth the hotel and shit going to both shows? Definately going to Internext, but is staying for AVN worth it? I used to go to the AVN show before I got into the biz just to look at titties, but now Im more interetest in Internext. Anyone going to both?

It is worth staying at least one day. You can go in paying "fan" prices, and just look around and see what is going on. It is an interesting way to see where the video industry is going, which is often a way to know what might be working online as well. Last year was heavy on black on white and "first person shooter" videos, and lo and behold, the net got busy with that sort of stuff too.

The harder they try not to be like the net, the easier it is for the net to catch up to them.

Think of it as research :-)

No way I could stay for both..
Its just too much Vegas for me. It would kill me...

But id you are traveling from afar like Europe, yes you should stay the extra time and make the trip all more worth the while.

AVN is worthless.

I would however consider getting to Vegas early for New Years. Always fun. Been doing it for years.
