maybe the font only has CAPS
|
Which font are you using? Some fonts only have capitalized letters... basically the upper case characters are just duplicates of the lower.

In addition to checking if the font only has caps, you may have the "All Caps" option turned on.
The option is controled on the "Character" palette. Its the third button over, I think, next to bold and italic |
no. im using arial, and about 200 others to test. this fucking
thing is only capping it. i know i had this shit before, long time ago, and i fixed it by accident somehow. but wtf is going on with this bullshit. i even tried copy pasting all lower case shit from notepad, going by each letter one by one and a million other tricks. fuck, i must have wasted an hour just sitting there trying to figure this bullshit out. :ak47: photoshop |
Ok im not a guru but try this:
Choose window/character, in character box uncheck the "All caps" box. Works on PS 7 :thumbsup |
i'm on ps6 and although i've got the character/paragraph pallate, there is no caps only button. :-(
|
check to see is all caps is turned on... in the caracter pallet you'll see a row of T's in the middle of the pallet... look for the one w/ TT see if that is checked if so there is your problem :winkwink:
|
holy smokes.
you figured it out for me. thanks ohh wise ones! back to work. thanks guys! |
