I am on the edge ready to quit my job!
My company got bought out, the work load about doubled, I worked harder. The new company is absorbing most of the departments, including mine and moving us to there place.
The work load about doubled again, I am working even harder. I get the job done to the best of my ability and get no kudos for the good work, and ragged on if anything goes wrong at all. I am at the end of the line here and I want to just tell them.... :321GFY and go on with life. The damn net is so up and down and I have so many responsibilities. That's why I have a day job and the porn thing at night...... FUCK! It might be different if they would show some fucking appreciation for the hard work being done and not just fucking focus on a few delayed things during this move. Mother fuckers.... :feels-hot Oh well... venting done. |
Dude, time to head out on your own. Nothing beats being your own boss and determining your own destiny. Sure, the ups and downs may crap some people out, but if you have the stomach for it, you can do it.

Same thing happened to a few of the kids in our town 2.
KFC and taco bell went into together :1orglaugh |
Yeah I know how that feels. Then you find a company that kicks ass and life is good. :)

Huh!
I am almost in same position. Only thing it keep me with my day job is very exciting things that I am doing now and of course 'up's and down's' in this industry! |

I am an IT manager and have over 125 users.... Some days it feels like McDonalds though.... :helpme |
sounds like your job is really stressful. but don't quit it unless you are finacially able to support yourself...otherwise you will just create an entirely different type of stress for yourself. If you want to keep a day job I would definitely try to find a new one before leaving this one.
I left a great paying job because I worked for assholes. I felt great the day i quit and then as the weeks past I really began to stress about leaving such great money without having a plan. No matter what you decide, just do what's best for you and remember that "everything is gonna be alright"! Best of luck to you! |

I walked out on my last "real" job. My supervisor had been talking down to me since day 1 and I just looked at him and said "what am I doing this for"? and got my shit and walked right out, no notice.
My best friend who has a non-adult online business did the same at his 9 to 5 job. Just up and walked out. It feels wonderful but dont quit unless you're making solid money in your online business. Until then you just suck it up and count the days until you have the $$ to take the plunge and go it on your own. |
