It totally depends on your traffic. HPA/FPA ads... banners.. text is working very well right now all around. But the best way obviously is to target it as best as possible. Something like:
"Small dick? No worries - enlarge it here!"
It sounds cheesy, but people are self concious and buy. The best part is because it works - they buy again and again.

If you send blind TGP - the ratios slip dramatically. But prequalify it and it doesn't do anything but offer your visitors an alternative. They click and just might buy. Better than to have a bunch of whitespace. :)

Hmmm, can I get a prize for EVERY 10 sales I make? That might be an incentive for me to get off my ass and start building those pages to start pushing traffic to ya... :winkwink:

Haha. Unfortunatly no. We ran another promotion in October that gave you $300 bonus on your 20th sale.
But EVERY 10 sales would mean a dead 0, or a negative profit margin for us. Which doesn't really work with the whole making money idea. :(
