Depends on what you want to do.. PS has a lot of built in batch processing already.

Try File>Automate for some of it, or check the help file, or be a little more specific and I might be able to offer more info.

Just put all the images you want to be changed from you action into a folder and choose that as the source

okie lets say i have 10 images, and i want the image to b resized 50% of original fixed, a slice made in the same place, and want them optimized all the same.

so i wrote an action for it Size>Slice>Save Optimized

now i want to batch process all the 10 images and not just 1.

thx.

Yep, you need to use the automate in the Files menu. You'll get a screen asking for the name of the action as well as the input and output directories.

If you're new to batch processing, you may need to go back and redo the action if it doesn't do what you expect it to do. Trial and error pal...

:2 cents:

Meta, I'm not exactly sure.. but I do believe that if you bring up the browser and have all your images you are able to run them through the action that you wrote.

Hope it works the first, or at least the 2nd time you try :)
