I dont think so...they actually once rung me up and I had not put a request in. I emailed them to ask them to stop sending me checks with INTERCLIMAX AMSTERDAM written all over them but they never got back to me.

They do reply to email. Maybe post on pj board where she hangs out. Or do Serge a favour and post there, she frequents there too.
