They promised him 30% of the gross. This morning, the tape thief was signing paperwork nullifying everything he signed with PornKings.

he has since dissappeared.

The tape is already out there. It will surface.

Also it will be serverd from outside the US, in a country that does not have copyright agreements with the US.

They have the tape...it will be up on the web.

You can't nullify a contract that easily. It would be up to a judge or jury to decide what happens if he signs conflicting statements.

Thats all just gossip anyways....

Actually it's not gossip. It's fact. I think in your rush to make money off of the tape and your obvious affiliation with PornKings has made you blind to the facts.

The tape might make it to the web but the bigger issue is who will be collecting the money......not PornKings for sure.

Rick's lawyer has spoken at length with Derek and the PornKings guys and they know what is up. Before the guy left the country he handed Rick's lawyers copies of everything he signed.

It will be interesting for sure.
