Dreamweaver MX 2004 issues

Anyone else experience issues with DW MX 2k4? It crashed in WinXP every time I want to run Find&Replace, and on some other occasions.

The regular DW MX, however, runs perfectly fine.

Besides the bugs you notice any improvements from regular MX ? features and such?

Well... it has much better CSS handling. By default actually, it handles all style issues with CSS, which might be both useful and annoying at times. I don't know about the more advanced features, such as scripting and such. Give it a shot.

Damn that buggy Kazaa software wheres the phone number so I can complain :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh
We bought Dreamweaver, no bugs works beautifully, never crashed just a little slower to boot up, but it handles html a lot nicer, has a lot more control and I nice jump up from dreamweave mx.

Not a essential upgrade for normal mx users but I like the new features especially its much improved cascading style sheets interface

Heya asshat,
I happen to run the time limited, fully functional version that I got off the Macromedia website, and it's still crashing on me.

I always wait 6 months on upgrades. They're always fucked up with bugs on the initial release.

Sorry man was just joking around, I read lots of people on here with another dreamweaver 2004 tread saying "man get the RAW hacked patch for 2004 it stops the crashing etc etc". And i'm sure a lot of the people using it aren't paying for it.

Do a search in google groups... you ain't the only one this (among others) specific crash is happening to.
