Change the way you're presenting the porn. Try some new things to increase quality. Try new products. *shameless plug*

Trying new things NEVER hurts. It will give you an idea of exactly what is not working.

Inovation is the only way to continue making money in any industry.

The sites using Holio feeds are doing better than ever

4 out of 5 dentists surveyed recommended Holio feeds for their patients who watch porn

the 1 who did not was later killed

Well, if you've been in this business for 4 years and didn't make enough money to survive for a while, I guess not even McDonalds is good enough for someone like you.

I believe the same, you gotta change with the trends - and create more sites with different content and so on... Just gotta do changes!

If you liike the car you're driving, but the direction is becoming less exciting, just keep the car and change directions.

The porn business hasn't hit its full potential, even if it does, people in this biz are so innovative they will find something else to do.

2003 has been the worst year ever for me. my income is half of what it was at this time last year basically. a lot of ppl might not want to admit that but fuck it. you need more and more traffic to make money these days. i should invested in paysites a looong time ago...

more professional or more corporate? of course online porn will never die but if it goes the ways of adult magazines only a few will be left standing.

Canada is probably the best place in the world to live if your earning under 60K (CAN) but start earning more and you get raped on taxes. I believe if you earn over 100K you start paying 50% tax. There are some legal things you can do to shield some of your income from being taxed, but basically your fucked.

Thats why 95% of Canada's brighest minds, stars, and rich people move away.
Not to mention there is a fucking 15% sales/GST tax on virtually everything you buy.

This is why you split your money with a corporation and take you income out as a taxable dividend.

The GST paid by your company is refunded at the end of the year so long as you register with the CCRA for a GST number.

If you have real business skills you can do just fine. You can also avoid about 99% of the American litigation and Acacia style scams.

Correct! :thumbsup

We've been in net side of of adult biz since 95 when *anything* would work. It has matured several cycles since then and this will continue.

With a quick scan down a sponsors list of affliates, it is evident that the adult biz is no different to bricks and mortar in that it 5% of affliates (or less!!), who generate 95% of a sponsors revenue - the rest are just cannon fodder who ironically consume 95% of sponsor support and will be gone next week.

It is very rare to find any "one man band" possessing the spectrum of resources, - from html, graphic design, programming, copywriting/marketing skills and a business head, - to take any real advantage of be a "webmaster". Tho there are a few :-)

It's saturated, free porn everywhere. You need tons of traffic to make any real money, try mainstream things dvds, pills, books, things that people actually buy without charging back frequently. Porn is going downhill slowly but surely. Put all the horses fucking old midget black milfs you want. TGP's and cloaking pages you want. There is alot more money doing other things.
