Nothing special, if it was my choice I would put in about a 10x10 plunge pool. Pool is nothing but a headache.

pool is a headache like bradshaw said...mine is full of ash and little chunks of tiny debris mixed with the water because of the fires here in southern california....you gotta pay the pool guy to come once a week..so thats like 100 extra bucks a month..sucks when it's winter cuz you cant even go in the thing now

Fire the pool boy & get a leaf skimmer & a Polaris pool sweep. Just empty the traps as needed & save your self the $$$. i have alot of trees & grass near the edges of my pool so i have a pretty extream situation as far as keeping the pool clean, & yet with this combo i spend less than 5-10 minutes a week emptying traps.

Having a pool up here would be pretty much useless... It would be full of ducks, dragonflies, frogs, mosquitos and beavers before the sun went down. We have about 50 lakes within 20 miles though, and most of them are great for swimming :)

I have WAY too many trees to have a pool. Even if it was covered, it would be a foot deep in leaves every fall.
