Many people mix up what is and what isn't a fetish. That definition is actually pretty good. A lot of what people throw around as being a fetish is not a fetish. Often they are instead a paraphillia.

A fetish is a paraphillia but not all paraphillias are fetishes ......

In order for something to be a fetish the object of the sexual attraction has to either be an inanimate object, material, or a body part that isn't usually associated with sex (ears, nose, legs)

A paraphillia is a general grouping of 'abnormal' sexual attractions

Exhibitionism is a paraphilla, as is vouyersism and on the more extreme level peodophillia ia a paraphilla

at one point homosexuality was considered to be a paraphillia but it has been removed from the list..though it is still a matter of debate

To answer your question - no. If you have an overwhelming desire for their stomachs then the fetish found be for that body part. However, there is more than likely a paraphilla that an attraction to a pregnant woman would fall under. It does have to be more that a mere attraction though.
