PornKings is in a tought spot now. They bought a tape of a guy that stole it.

this sounds exactly like the Pam Anderson case now - and if this tape gets out we'll never know how it got out and who did it.

unless i see the roommate charged with theft by the police, my bet is that this Solomon guy let the tape out and is involved. Pornkings isnt in that rough a position - they just have to decide if it's worth the risk financially and i'm sure their lawyers are busy devising a plan where they can make $$$ and at minimal risk when the Hiltons sue. Worked for Seth in the Pam Anderson case - by the time the judgement came out with the monetary reward against Seth W there was nothing for Pam and Tommy to collect.

Rick Hilton is Paris's father and controls the Hilton family fortune. They have unlimited legal resources and I know someone who knows Rick well and he's not one to let his daughter get humiliated. They have heavy duty political connections as well and can bring the Washington boogey men to bear on anyone that messes with them.

Whoever puts this out better have a hell of a big war chest and be prepared for a serious battle. Rick Hilton isn't Tommy Lee.

LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton is steaming mad over a steamy sex video that may soon go public, her spokeswoman said.

The homemade video reportedly features the socialite, reality show star and heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune having sex with Rick Solomon, who went on to marry former "Charmed" actress Shannen Doherty (news) in 2002.

Although Hilton knew the video was being made, her representatives said, leaking the video was "horrendous and in such bad taste."

"It's very obvious that whoever did this is doing it to hurt her," Hilton's spokeswoman, Siri Garber, told The Associated Press on Thursday. "The Hilton family lawyers are getting involved as of now."

The recording was made three years ago while Solomon and Hilton, then 19, were dating, Garber said.

"It was for themselves," Garber added. "Not everybody indulges in that, but couples do it sometimes and it's just for themselves, for fun. She never intended for it to be seen by anybody other than the two of them."

Hilton is one of the stars of Fox's new reality series "The Simple Life," set to debut Dec. 2, in which the pampered party girl leaves the urban social scene to live in a rural, working-class environment.

The video has reportedly been distributed to some gossip columnists by an unidentified person, and a Seattle-based porn site operator who possesses the tape told Us Weekly magazine he plans to post it on the Internet.

Hilton's lawyers are threatening legal action against anyone who distributes the tape or fails to destroy their copy of it. They are also trying to determine whether Solomon, 33, was involved in releasing the tape.

A number for Solomon's business ? a clothing and DVD company that distributes amateur party videos of scantily clad women ? had been disconnected and he could not be reached for comment.

Solomon has reportedly split with Doherty but the status of their relationship was unclear. Doherty's representatives did not immediately return a call.

NO Mutt Rick did not let this tape leak out. The guy flat out stole it and that will come out soon enough. Apparently PornKings AND Rick are looking for the guy now to get some answers to their questions. Should be good for sure.

Pornkings is in a bad spot because not only are they going to get held up from releasing the tape but they are going to get stuck with the money they already paid for it.

Rick tried to negotiate with them and left the door open but it doesn't look like the PornKings guys wanted to come clean about the whole deal. It's not going to be pretty no doubt.

Seth expected Pam and Tommy's lawyers to contact him the day he sent out the press release and do some things to stop him from airing it on Club Love. In his opinion, and the opinion of his lawyers they fucked up somehow and HE said fuck it and released it on the site!

Then they fucked up further, and he ended up with what HE considered the right to release the video!!!

I don't have the EXACT details because I wasn't in the office with all the "laywer shit" going on ... but in a roundabout way - that's how it went down!
