organises you links? HArd to explain, so bare with me.

I want to control all my links from a control panel. So in my galleries, f/s, se pages etc, I have the link set to mydomain.com/out.php?id=blah

from the control panel I set where the traffic goes, a share percentage, etc etc.

Does anyone know if this exists, if so.. where :D

If not, it looks like i'll be coding it up :D

i think there is a module in phpnuke who is doing something like that
