What do you think of this DVD-RW?
 

I need to pick up a DVD burner and really have no idea what's good and what isn't. I was going to check out this one tonight: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....oryId=cat01041

i got one but it came with an HP puter. I know it works great, but that's no help 2 you. computer works great also, after I took all of HP's crap off,

I've never been in the habit of buying cheap.

Sony's For $159 (Scroll down about half way)

New has the best prices I've found and the fastest delivery service. You can also read customer reviews of the products.

Sly, goto Frys and get a Dual Format burner I think they have them for $139-159 last I checked. Tommorow is the big frys ad day so if you check the newspaper you can see what is on special. I know up here if you get the LA Times they have a different ad then the Register does. Not sure if its that way down there or not.

Goto Price Watch --- this the source that allot of hardware builders goto. Rock bottom prices and reputable merchants.

best DVD-RW on the market is Plextor 708A. Actually it is the only one that can write DVD-R at 8x
also Pioneer A06 has a good review on tomshardware. they plan to release A07 soon will write with 8x DVD-R and DVD+R
