Anyone else from GFY want to play in the Lucky Dollar tournament on PartyPoker.com

The prize pool will be a few grand and it's only a buck, so come on over and play. I usually stay away from the multi-table tournaments but I like the Lucky Dollar tournaments.

If you don't have an account, you can signup using these links to get bonuses or, if you don't want me to get credit for having you sign up, use the plain link at the bottom. Either way, I just think it will be fun to have some webmasters in the tournament with me.

Tonight's Lucky Dollar No-limit Texas Holdem tournament starts at 8:00PM Eastern. If you miss it, there are plenty of other tournaments going on all the time and the Lucky Dollar tournaments are common. Let me know if you plan to play in any of them and I'll join, too.

Yeah, I used to play tons of the single-table tournaments at anywhere from $5 to $50 but the blinds structure makes it really hard to finish in the money consistently. You only start with 800 chips and the blinds go up every ten hands. It's very easy to get pushed out on even a minor cold streak, so I usually stick to the regular tables, these days. These Lucky Dollar tournaments are cool, though.
