well I dont know much about SE's anymore, I didn't know getting a top 10 spot (mainstream) you had to spam.

Never used to have to spam, but with competition being so tough now I don't have time to focus on it anymore.

Search Google for "search engine optimization"
and other relevant search terms.

Your company should be in the top 10 :glugglug

You can be those top 10 companies are going to be charging a shit load though.

There are quite a few SEO's out there, but I wouldn't really endorse many of them as they are all booked up for weeks. One piece of advice I can give you, is to be VERY careful for people who make any types of guarantees for positioning. And if someone does contact you, post their name here as per EscortBiz' request. GFY searches are very meaningful to do a background check...
