Sucks to be them. Acacia has been slipping down steadily for three weeks now and their parent company is now taking a huge hit with some bad news.

There is still a long ways down and much still to be made.

Why doesn't the adult industry start an org to collect enough money to either buy up the majority of stocks or buyout acacia and everyone signs an agreement from the start that the patent will not be enforced on anyone and then this is all settled, you can't tell me there is not enough money in the adult indsutry to buy them out, offer them a price they can't refuse:)

ok and how much money would you send? you know most adult webmasters (smaller) won't give up a dime for anything.
