You might just go look at AEBN site and then have someone else duplicate you a similar one...probaly end up with something better off in the long run after you teek it anyways...The russain guy's at elance about 2 years ago...told me they could build a ifriends site for around 1500$ with billing included...should be cheaper for what you are wanting done.

Might even check with ifriends...they have a video playback section that I heard does pretty good. I dont know if they would let you or not....maybe ?
