Don't you think you need banners for webmasters to use to promote you more than you need banners to recruit webmasters? I mean afterall where are you going to post that thing at? It's too big and violates most any messageboard policy and will get deleted unless you're going to spend a couple g's for advertising.

All that aside it's a nice banner, just you need banners for promotion not recruiting.

getting those made now :) what size do you suggest for message boards btw?? right now im getting some done for webmasters to use just wanted peoples thoughts on that one

It looks nice and it's simple, I could make one like it it about 2 minutes. As far as one for your sig or boards then you need to go smaller, no bigger than 120 in length is going to be allowed most places without you paying for advertising. Hope you're getting a good deal as well.
