Just wondering
Tonight the $87 billion for Iraq has been approved http://www.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/...ing/index.html
I am wondering if those hurt by the california wildfires will get help as fast as those thrid world countries. |
Doubtful.
Sad, but true. In this country we appear to value those overseas more than we do our own citizens :2 cents: |
Yeah I'm beginning to agree that this shit has been way overdone

I tell you what is scary in all this..
Microsoft have a $98 Million defecit this year so far on MSN. California has god knows how much of a defecit. America actually has more out of work / homeless people than some of the larger third world countries. The US Govnt would rather boost the bank accounts of others over their own yet we are supposed to be one of the world largest powers. it says a lot when we go telling other countries how to run themselves when, in all actuality we cant even fix our own :( |

The way Washington DC works when you have a Texan Republican from a WASPY political dynasty in charge. Haliburton and Bechtel get to eat at the table first. Everyone else gets scraps in the kitchen.
You honestly think that $87 Billion is going to the Iraqi's? That dough has Fortune 500 written all over it. |
