You are laughing but it appears that Acacia is claiming that you cannot link to a site that has video unless that site has signed with Acacia...or you are in violation.

Didn't someone post that they now say you can't link to a site that links to a site that links to a site with video?

There are court cases already on the books about linking, and I don't think the courts agree with Acacia. If what people are posting is true, it appears Acacia is getting desperate and trying to claim whatever sounds good at the time.

what if you link a sponsor that is located in one of those countries where acaia has no patent?
