Had a car accident
 

I had an accident (or what you'll call it, someone hit me very softly) I parked my car and then some dweeb drove backwards against the leftback of my car, he kinda scraped thru it, not very hard. Now there are some stripes on the leftbackplate, not big but they are there, I filled in the insurance shit with the other driver and it's pretty clear it was his fault, I was parked and he hit me. What shall I do now? it's a car from '91 and the damage is not to big, if i get some money i don't gonna repair it I think what had you guys done?

What are you asking? I would have gone on a killing spree.
