I got TWO letters today...

One to my new addy and one to my other addy AND the only people to have BOTH accts is matrix.

My old addy i frogot the acct name etc so i never used it thats why i created a new acct see where if it was a sponsor even if i never use them i ALWAY update my info where i could get a odd ball sign up or something i want my $$ where as matrix aint never gonna pay me so who gives a shit is i make a second acct right!

i dont know if it makes too much sence to you all but just like lil2rich and Jayman this is 150% SOLID PROOF that we know where the database came from!

one to : 3xwebdesign

the other one to : 3X Web Design

and I have a very strange street name (for anglos) : St Jean Baptiste :)

But i received both to a different street names :
St Jean Baptiste and St J Baptiste

The funny thing tehy already sent me one few weeks ago for 3 different domains. And they are the only domains that are in my Matrix account...

Norm, I don't accuse you, but do I have the right to be suspicious... ???

The second funny thing, I don't have ANY video on 3xwebdesign.com. It is my design services site... Maybe they will tell me that I link to sites (my customers) who have videos... :321GFY

Have you guys called norman about this?

He has made a few public statements asking people to call when they have proof it came from his database. And he has good reason for this as he is trying to get to the bottom of the whole mess.

As I posted last night I got my letter to and without going through the whole story is was sent to my old address of a year ago. One year ago I was just getting back into biz right before then and I was using primarily 2 sponsors and 1 avs system and I registered at a couple content places and that's about it. Well I narrowed it down, all the sponsors and everything have my updated address and the 2 or 3 that didn't well only one of them has signed with ACACIA and that was Matrix. So that settles it for me as well as all the other stories that everyone else has.

Trying to get to the bottom of this I like that. :1orglaugh I mean come on they are hitting new registers to their site as well as the oldest. It's obvious to anyone with half a clue what's happening. I don't believe that they are the only ones selling people out either, but they are and I don't think there's much doubt about that anymore.

Think about this logically.

You own a business that makes 100% of all your money from webmasters.

Without these webmasters you whole business makes 0.

Would you as the company owner turn over your lists and ruin your business? I wouldn't.

However I have people that work for me. And I have tightened up my security so the only people anymore that has access to customer lists is myself and my wife.

Why did I do this? Because my employees may get the idea that my customer lists may be worth something.

You don't see lists being sold here? You don't think acacia reads these boards and you think they can't buy lists ?

Be real they have already claimed to many people that they have hundreds of college students getting this information in all ways possible.

Yes Matrix settled ... but they aren't the only ones that did. However it seems that they are the only ones people are using in this witchhunt.

Norman has been in this business for a long time and up till now his reputation was unharmed. Everybody admits he has the best content and has always been a fair guy. So why is everybody thinking he sold out all of a sudden. Yes he settled but it is not in Normans character to sell out.

This witchhunt needs to slow down and people need to use common sense. With all these accusations and in fighting going on acacia is winning it's propaganda battle against us.

Actually I think they are winning their battle because companies like Matrix are willing to settle for sweetheart cheaper royalties and avoid legal fees and play both sides of the fence by giving a little bit of money to the IMPA and saying how they support the fight. It's a bunch of shit and everyone knows it. They sell out, other companies sell out, 9 out 10 people in this biz will sellout, just be real about it. Like I said before I would have more respect for them to say hey we signed because it was cheaper and we got a better deal if you don't like it then fuck you. I might consider doing biz with them and so would many others because at least they were real. but instead they and the other companies bullshit and play both sides of the fence saving tons and tons of money in royalties and legal fees and strengthening ACACIA's case while throwing $1000 to IMPA and asking for an assload of pub that they support the fight. Be real, instead they're a bunch of cocksmokers.

Isnt there suppose to be laws that prevent companies from giving out databases with that kind of info?
