CCbill 3 day cookies ?

Is it true that when a person clicks a CCbill link, he gets a cookie for 3 days and even if he decides to signup from a different ref. link the later webmaster wont get credit ?

Usually the scripts overwrites the cookies, don't know if this is the CCBill's case.
