Are there some programs (for local use) That help you with creating freesites and espacially the hubs and fpa's so I make the sites and put the content in it and that I could specify where the fp must come how the pages must be linked and that it then will be made

AVS Create kicks ass. I don't know what I'd do without it...probably work more.
