Yup Canadians Are Next=Acacia

Canadians are next on the list.

Ya I know...another fucking Acacia thread...I'm tired of it too.I recieved mine and I have not ever used MATRIX.... I don't know if Acacia has their trained monkeys scouring the boards looking for anybody that has TGP/MGP's but I honestly can say I never once used Matrix content or even browsed through their shit.I'm not trying to back up if they did or did not sell or leak their database.

Well they can't get blood out of a stone, my shitty little tgp is just a front....
So come get me cocksmokers...:BangBang:

badmrfrosty 10-29-2003 09:25 PM

yeah, after the tranny pictures i bought for my TGP pages I think i'm actually claiming a loss on my taxes for this endevour, i guess if they sue me it'll just be more loss on the ole taxes.

Curious...are you going to settle with those pirates?..I haven't really been following to close but know enough...how much do they want anyways?

buddyjuf 10-29-2003 09:33 PM

it would be funny if I recieved one :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

badmrfrosty 10-29-2003 09:35 PM

Fuck no, and i'll tell you why. If streaming video technology was better, I would've made more money, and I would've had the money to pay them ;-)

Thats my story, and i'm sticking to it. Fuck their technology! From now on im using all animated gifs!! eat that ass pirates!

For my bracket (income from $1-4000) i believe it was $1500 dollars a quarter, the funniest part is I havent fucking touched a site in months! Fuckin' adultbouncer wont take the site down.

Oh? I guess I'm just the bottom of the barrel...I didn't think they were nailing us yet.

Ic3m4nZ 10-29-2003 09:36 PM

Anybody from Montreal who got a letter from Acacia ?

badmrfrosty 10-29-2003 09:39 PM

No, I'm the bottom of the barrel, and I got a letter, its funny cause i didnt even buy anything at matrix, i just wanted to look at their content. Fuckers.

I guess anyone who has ever registered for an account at matrixcontent is a target. Its kind of amusing really because the letter they send is basically a form letter, it has nothing to do with your specific site, or even has any incidents of you infracting upon their patents.

I dunno, I'm pretty sure my limited involvement with the online pr0n biz will just be helping people with server configs, Unix, Linux win2k ;-) (plug!) thats what I do for a living anyway, if anyone has any questions about apache, sendmail, php, iis, linux, freebsd, windows2000, or really anything related to system administration send me an e-mail at [email protected], i'll see if i can help you out, I dont charge for most questions.

Anyways, im out.

Uhh..their patents aren't legal or enforceable in Canada. If a webmasters is a canadian webmaster with a canadian company and canadian hosting, Acacia can't do shit all.

badmrfrosty 10-29-2003 09:41 PM

Isnt adultbouncer in canada? :P

Dear Retard,

Acacia has no patent pending or registered patents in Canada.

If Acacia did have a registered patent to infringe upon, the damage claim for patent infringement in Canada is limited to actual damages. Since Acacia doesn't produce anything or actually use the patent in anyway, they cannot prove losses.

That is ridiculous..If those fuckers think they are going to try to squeeze that outa my tight fist.... I don't even think my TGP made that all year...:1orglaugh

badmrfrosty 10-29-2003 09:46 PM

Enh, oh well I guess we'll see. why fucking worry about it now, they'll most likely shake down the people who have something they want first.

Wow, they started on you early. I didn't even realize they were going after sites that long ago.
