not everyone posts on gfy or has something unique about their info with them so they can single them out easily. Plus this last week was maybe just the first round of mailings from the list.

So far there have been...what 20 people or so claim
...that their letter from Acacia was via Matrix's database.
Who would venture a guess as to the number of clients in Matrix's datatbase...or is that the size of the Matrix database...20 people or so?? |
That's just the number of people that can tell it was Matrix because they used unique info to register with Matrix and the same unique info was used to send the Acacia letter to them
Not everyone used unique info to sign up with Matrix, so they can't say for sure that the Acacia letter they got was as a result of their Matrix registration details |

Even one person being able to prove it is enough for them to file for a restraining order to stop Acacia from using the list. They don't need 25, they need one person willing to sign something saying "I swear, under penalty of perjury..." |

these 20 or so are the ones who gave unique information to matrix. many people don't give unique information when they register to see content so they can't tell who gave out their info. the nickname i used at matrix was also used on one other content provider so i can't really tell if it was matrix. i'm sure many others have the same situation.

I received a package today.
But I can't say to 100% that it came from the Matrix db. 2 companies had that address, Matrix and Fetish Brokers. |
