Hello! I have a few questions about paypal and paying with paypal:
Im from the netherlands I heard you can transfer money to your paypal account easily, is this true?
An if yes is my account direct verified so that I can spend the money on like ppc engines? Or is there no need to verify and I just can pay with it?
Wich ppc se's accept paypal to deposit and are worth to advertise?

If you signup you have to have your cc verified which can take a while unless you have access to your cc receipt.
They place a code with the $1 transaction which can be found on the receipt. Once you have that verified you have fully access to your account.
That was a year ago tho, maybe things have changed now.

you can do bank transfer in canada/us, otheras country i dont know

You can transfer money from any Dutch bank into your Paypal account. But you actually don't have to because when you pay they simply credit your credit card.

i would go with epassporte if i were you, paypal pretty much sucks ass

I'm with epassporte too, but not every business takes their virtual via and not every sponsor pays with epass etc

Paypal very useful as some people just like to be paid that way. However check the currency exchange when withdrawing as they tend to have different rates from banks ect so will end up losing out if your not USA based

PPC and SE's generally do not accept PayPal directly. However if you have one of PayPal's Matercard debit cards you can use this to buy anything anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
