do you show insertions and popshots on your tours?
 

I'm meeting with a lawyer soon to go over a site but I wanted to ask here first because if it's one of those areas to stay away from then I might as well clean up the tour now before meeting him to save time.

i tend to creatively censor that stuff out, unless asked specificly not to.

You might find if you can convey your message that you have that content, without showing it, It could help sales as well as the legal aspects...:)

Agreed, I think you'd be amazed at how many people can jerk to a tour.

Addtionally, it never ceases to amaze me how many people have like 5 90second full hardcore preview videos in their tour...and think they're "teasers"...less is more often times.
