I'm tempted to be! I have an acquaintance online who bought it and she's making it work using some of his techniques.

Got a friend and he's bought 4 apartments in the Ft. lauderdale area in like 2 years and lives off the rent.
Donno how much he makes but he constantly travels to Atlanta and Orlando and stays there for days on end

and was able to find all his material for free. His gig works somewhat, only IF you are ready to do a hell of a lot of roadwork.
It's all general information and those property list are 85% sold by the time you get them anyway.
