Try the "detailed revenue report", second choice down in Accounting. That's only a million times faster than it used to be.

Unfortunately, they no longer show the personal details of the transactions, just subscription IDs, amounts, etc... I personally liked seeing the names of the people, but I guess that's just the voyeur in me. Oh well, at least I don't have to wait 5 minutes for the damn thing to load now.

The first choice in accounting "Revenue Report" gives me an error too.

Great system like all the join pages and web 900 pages even the check 2 pages if your members or you use Netscape Navigator 7 and a Mac computer you are shit out of luck. The pages dont show up. Ok so its not a lot of people but any surfers who have both will not be able to join your site if you use IBILL. Yet another great reason to use Epoch or CCbill.

But 2 days ago, I had a member than signed up for a 8.95 trial and also a 19.99 monthly. He wrote to me to cancel the 8.95 ( which is fine with me) and said that he didn't get his u/p password. It was true, but none of his transactiuon were showing. I had to issue a tempory password.

Ibill is not as bas as a year ago. They are improving... but starting from so far.

Hope that refund doesn't count as a chargeback...

Had that problem once, but in our case it was our own fault. We were trying some new htaccess to redirect the crap traffic from asia by "allowing" all countries but those few... However Ibill's script was being "redirected" too because it didn't show up as any of the "approved" countries. So it couldn't write to the un/pw file on our server. Took us a couple of days to put 2 and 2 together on that one. :1orglaugh

They no longer show refunds or have CSV format either..
