Copyright infringement- who to contact
 

ARS contacted me today that a site applied to promote their services and they noticed the obvious copyright and content infringements. I've done a *WHOIS* and can't find the host/registrar to attempt to get this German site taken down. Anyone know who to contact to get this crap site shut down? They even fucking hacked my links to put in their own shit to make money.
